Jeruslem Hodge-Podge

Well, here are a bunch of random pics from Analyn's trip to Jerusalem, indicating some of the awesome stuff that we did. These are all from J'lem.

We took a walk up to Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif (depending on what your religion is). This first is a view down onto the Western Wall, separated for female and male worshippers, from the wooden ramp up to the guest entrance. The next is a picture of riot gear stacked in aforementioned wooden ramp. Neat, eh? Then here we are in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We took a walk on the Ramparts Walk, the Muslim Quarter side, which lets you walk along the tops of the wall built by Suleiman the Magnificent all the way from Jaffa Gate in the West to Lions Gate on the South East. It was a pretty long walk, but there were plenty of fun views and pictures taken. One night when we were hanging out, we noticed that the moon was pretty full, so we went down to a lookout place and took some long exposure pictures. They didn't turn out as crisp as I wish they would have, but they're still pretty keen.

J'lem - I haven't earned the right to call it that yet, but give me a few months and maybe I too will be there.
